Help over the phone

When you call us, you speak to a person, not to a machine. Our friendly staff records the details of your incident and pass your information straight to a technician. We are able to resolve many issues over the telephone by helping you to navigate through your applications to extract information we may need to address your issue.

Remote access

Some issues will require us to remotely connect to your server, router or a PC. We use the latest remote access technologies to securely access your environment and to minimise need for an onsite visit. 

Onsite visits

If we can not resolve your IT issue remotely, our Service Desk dispatches a Systems Engineer to your site. Our customers with a current SLA enjoy guaranteed response time of 1 hour for critical incidents.
